Requirements/Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of practical experience

  • Proven written and communication skills

  • Experience working with multiple departments and teams to facilitate and execute projects

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and support several different client accounts

  • Proficient in MS Office, Including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Great positive attitude, work ethic, desire to learn new skills, and the ability to show tremendous initiative; strong attention to detail

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong editing, grammar and proof-reading skills; good listener and ability to accept constructive feedback

  • Must be able to handle a fast-paced environment; ability to multi-task and meet deadlines

 

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all elements of digital, broadcast, and print campaigns with internal marketing and digital departments

  • Manage client communication and internal protocols for specific projects and their respective timelines

  • Work closely with respective client support/management teams to create and manage marketing and advertising projects

  • Work closely with account managers and digital marketing team to support client account projects, meetings, and assist in mass marketing campaigns
