Primary Duties Include:

  • Client Project and Campaign Management
    • Work closely with respective client management teams to create and manage marketing and advertising projects
    • Act as liaison between account teams and internal marketing teams to support client account projects, meetings, and assist in mass marketing campaigns
    • Coordinate all elements of digital, broadcast, and print campaigns with website, graphic design, content, email, and digital departments
    • Perform general administrative and quality control duties including the review of website, written content, emails, digital ads, and radio/tv post-logs
    • Facilitate ad hoc, client-specific requests with internal marketing teams
    • Assist with the onboarding of new clients
  • Paid Digital Media Buying
    • Create and boost Facebook and LinkedIn posts
    • Generate detailed and accurate reports on campaign performance, monthly and weekly campaign updates
    • Support the Paid Digital Media team with ad hoc requests
    • Write compelling text for Facebook and LinkedIn posts
    • Work with cross-functional teams (design, digital marketing, account services)
  • Marketing and Business Development
    • Coordinate digital projects to promote Lone Beacon services
    • Assist with the writing and creation of Sales Pieces for sales team
    • Participate in the coordination of social events culture activities for staff
    • Manage firm’s SharePoint website

Experience and Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of practical marketing and digital buying experience
  • Experience working with multiple departments and teams to facilitate and execute projects
  • Experience with creating Facebook and LinkedIn boosted posts and/or paid digital ad buying
  • Must be able to handle a fast-paced environment; ability to multi-task, facilitate projects and meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong editing, grammar and proof-reading skills
  • Ability to aggregate data, generate accurate reports, and deliver campaign performance metrics and updates
  • Great positive attitude, work ethic, desire to learn new skills, and the ability to show tremendous initiative; strong attention to detail
  • Self-starter, good listener and ability to accept constructive feedback
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads Manager, Google Ads Manager, Canva, Asana or project management tools and data aggregation tools like Funnel
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education
  • Financial literacy and licensing a plus
